Customer called in to complain about our car wash. He forgot to mention he was drunk and drinking a beer at the time of his visit. Although he did confess when I mentioned it. Unreal.

OMG!! I am fuming. Another California customer..... I was TRYING to help the customer after she flipped out on me. When she was hanging up she called me a Bitch. Yeah... I had to call her back and ask her, nicely.
Keep hearing all these reports that the economy is turning. Lots of jobs. People hiring. Where? Bunch of political propaganda.
